Preparation of architectural, structural and plant design preliminary project for the restoration of the hotel Cosmos Moscow, consisting of approximately 1,800 rooms. The project involves the reorganization of receptive functions, the total renovation of structures and facades. The works allow to convert the last level of the hotel (26th floor), previously used as a technical plan for the plants, in a restaurant, champagne & oyster bar.
