Preliminary study for a multi-purpose sports village, with the following main functions: 50.000-seats stadium; sports and fitness facilities (equestrian sports, swimming pools, tennis, basketball, hockey, rugby, and others); shopping mall; hotels; entertainment (theatres, cinemas, music hall); business centre; exhibitions (conferences, museums, fashion shows).
