Planning within the education sector development programme, concerning nine institutions in different regions of the country:

• University of Technology of Lae, UNITECH, in Lae
• 1 Training Teacher's College, of Kabaleo city
• 4 High Schools (Mt. Hagen, Wabag, Popondetta, Hutjena)
• 3 Vocational Schools (Kujaro, Mahalhang, Hoskins)

Project Manager of the whole programme during the design phase, senior Designer for the architectural and civilian areas for the Lae University (UNITECH) concerning the construction of:

• Central Teaching Unit (lecture hall and 12 lecture theatres), approximately 800 seats
• Audio Visual Facilities (management, administrative office, video production and multimedia laboratories)
• Environmental Research and Management Centre (E.R.M.C.) that will play a reference role for the Pacific Ocean area
• New campus for students and teachers (150 beds and common services).
