Completion and transformation project of a historic building in the centre of Yerevan in a multi-purpose shopping centre and construction of a 4 star hotel. The project involves the construction of approximately 100,000 sq.m, of which 50,000 sq.m. destined to the shopping centre, which will be organized in the areas of shopping, supermarket, cinema, food court, offices and a café with panoramic views of Mount Ararat.
